I was given a chance to review this book by the author, Joanne Bischof, and I loved it! Now I have to get book one! I will definitely be reading more of this author. Good Christian romance, not preachy, but full of God’s love. The characters are real, and this book talks about some tough issues and imperfect people who are trying to do the right thing. The story is set in the Blue Ridge Mountains in days when living was hard. I give this book 5 stars.

Book Review for “Steward”
I was given this book by the author, Christopher Shields, for an honest review. LOVED IT! I just finished reading The Steward; I grew up reading fairytales and love them. I now enjoy a good fantasy book (as well as other genres) and this is one of the best I’ve read. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series. The author makes his character very real. I loved the main character, Maggie. Like every good ‘fairytale’ it has the ‘true love’ element as well! Did I mention I loved it? Well, I did. I recommend this book for YA and for us adults as well. I give this book 5+ stars.
Review for “A Jane Austen Daydream
I was given a copy of this book by the author, Scott Southard, who is a new author for me. I happen to be a Jane Austen fan, but her own true life story was a little sad. “Jane Austen Daydream” gives an alternate version of what her life may have been like, written in a similar way to her own works. Nice clean romance! Good writing, great characters and I would definately read more from this author. This book was well done and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I recommend this to all Jane Austen fans. I give it 5 stars.
Review for “Shadows Gray: Volume 1”
Shadows Grey is a timetraveling story with a twist. Just loved the book. Melyssa Williams is a new author for me and I can’t say enough about her writing style. She had me on the egde of my seat through the whole book. Great fantasy, love the main character. Not a fairytale princess!! Since I love history, this one was even extra special. Looking forward to reading the next two! I give this book 5 stars.
Review for “Wreckless”
I was asked to read this by the author, Savannah Randolph, for an honest review. My honest review is that I loved it. I loved the characters, the storyline, and the dialogue, a Romance that is a little edgy. It would make a great movie. I will definitely be looking for more by this author. I give this book 5 stars!
Review for “Daughter of the King”
I was given this book by the author, Carlene Havel, in return for an honest review. This was a great story, based in the Bible, about King David’s first wife, Michal. It
was a nice version that fills in the parts that are lacking in the story found in the Bible. I found the Character of Michal to be
realistic and liked the look of what it might have been like to share a husband
with several wives. I was given this book by the author for an honest review.
My opinion is that this is a good read. I recommend it to anyone who loves
Christian Fiction with strong female characters. I give this book 4 Stars.

Review for “Why She Left Us”
I was given this book by the author, David Dennis, to review. The story is written in the form of journal entries by several different characters. I have to admit that at first I wasn’t realy paying attention to the dates of the journals and got myself pretty confused, but once I backed up and started paying attention, it all made sense. The diary format was an interesting way to tell the story. This type of story isn’t my favorite, the ones that show the dark side of human nature, the writing style was good, the use of the diary to give us a picture of the characters was also wonderful. There was definately adult content, swearing and some sexual content, but nothing real explicit. I think if you like this type of storyline, you’ll love the book. I “liked” the story, but couldn’t love it. I give this book 3 stars. (I am quite confident that it will get alot of 5 star ratings).
