I love Derek Prince to begin with and have read several of his books. I had to read this one for a college class and I can’t begin to say how grateful I am that I read it. We can all agree that things are looking shaky these days, and this book gives us hope for facing the future. God has a plan and as always His plan for His children in an expected (good) end. I recommend for all Christians. I give it 5 stars.

Book Review for “Planet Bound”- Science Fiction
I was given a copy of “Planet Bound” by the author, A. Marie Dinsmore, in exchange for an honest review. I liked the book. I would have liked the story better if the characters were a little more rounded. Also we are introduced to so many that have little or no part to play other than showing that they feel rejected, which is a common theme in this book. Potential for a good story. The storyline itself is interesting. Human kind is on a quest to find habitable planets. Tough female lead. I liked it. I give it three stars. High School age and up. Some language.
Book Review for “Reached”- YA Fantasy/Dystopian
Book three in the Matched trilogy was a wonderful ending to a great story. I cried so much in these three books! Not all due to sad stories, but much to the heroics, the friendships, and the love. This series explores so many human emotions and characteristics, some good and some bad. I highly recommend these. Great for Jr. High and up, though I am not sure that younger readers will understand it all. A great read! I give it 5 plus stars.
Book Review for “Matched”- YA Fantasy/Dystopian
Just loved book one! I can’t wait to finish up the series. If you liked “Hunger Games” you will love this one. Future society where they tell you “who to marry, where to work, and when to die.” Great characters, wonderful love story…and very revealing about todays society. I give it 5+ stars! I can recommend for Jr. High and up. No swearing or sexual content.
Book Review for “Tales of the Wovlen”-Fantasy
I was given a copy of “Tales of the Wovlen” by the author, Kathryn Fogleman, in exchange for an honest review. The story is set in a fantasy world where there is the ever present evil and good. In this story, the evil is beginning to show itself and we have an unlikely hero emerging. I really wanted to love this book and I think it is a good beginning and a great first book for this author. I felt like part of it was a little disjointed and some of the content seemed to repeat itself. So many of the characters reminded me of some of the Lord of the Rings characters that I couldn’t help comparing the two writers, which is totally unfair to Miss Fogleman. I am giving it 3 stars. It was ok. Will I read the rest of the series? Probably. There are so many unanswered questions and some unexplained things that I want to see it through. I can recommend for Jr. High age and up. Nothing offensive, some violence.
Book Review for “Dark Liaison”- Christian Fiction
Loved it. Another great Christian fiction. Spies, demon possessed bad guys. All with good writing. I give it 5 stars. High school and up.
Book Review for “Agent For A Cause”- Christian Fiction
This is book two in the “Agents For Good” series. What a great secret agent story! Damsel in distress, single mom, with an autistic son meets emotionally shut off agent Tyre. Sounds a little like your typical agent story, but wait…it’s all written from a Christian perspective. Lots of romance, lots of fighting, but, not explicit at all and no swearing. Perfect in my eyes. Needs a little editing, but I have come to love this author. This is book two out of six and I will be reading the rest. Only .99 Kindle version, so worth the buck. I give it 4 stars. I can recommend for ages 16 and these books can be read as stand alone. I can recommend for age 16 and up, due to mature content.
